It’s been less than a month since Pijoo opened its doors and bloggers are starting to join, so over the next month we’ll be looking at the ways people use the service and how best to improve things for our users. We’re getting a lot of feedback, mostly little bugs that we missed, so our apologies to anyone who had trouble signing up, adding widgets etc..
There are quite a lot of foreign language blogs being added, which are of course more than welcome, but this throws in some questions about search/tagging/relevancy which we’ll be looking at. Our search features will need to be adapted to help blogs in any language get a fair whack at being found, without confusing the tag clouds etc..
Also widgets; There are a bunch of brand new widgets on the way, which will take on board the feedback we’ve been getting.
What’s great about this, and different from the way we launched Gizfolio, is that it’s completely open right from day one, so you get to see the service being build around you and your needs. Needless to say, Pijoo has many updates and new features in store, so let us know how we can continue improving the site to suit your needs.
